Codelab provides online, on-demand programming courses and related educational materials delivered through digital streaming and downloadable resources. Course catalog, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

Course purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of the stated amount to your selected payment method. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use.
5. Refund and Cancellation
Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Brazilian consumers benefit from the right of regret within seven (7) days of purchase pursuant to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990).

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights granted to consumers under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) shall survive.
