1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by 54.024.643 Vinicius Gabriel Lima da Costa (CNPJ 54.024.643/0001-02), trading as Codelab ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Codelab provides online, on-demand programming courses and related educational materials delivered through digital streaming and downloadable resources. Course catalog, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.

3. Account Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account credentials;
• Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payment

Course purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge of the stated amount to your selected payment method. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Purchases grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased content for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Refund and Cancellation

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Brazilian consumers benefit from the right of regret within seven (7) days of purchase pursuant to Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/1990).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including videos, text, graphics, code samples, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Codelab or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.

You may not:

• Use the content to train machine-learning models;

7. User Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codelab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including rights granted to consumers under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) shall survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when the Terms were last revised. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, without prejudice to any consumer rights that may apply.
